As part of our Citi Ventures project, our team worked to reduce the back-and-forth communication between investment counsellors and their clients and improve client service. We developed a dashboard to allow our users to access real-time market data and clients' positions quickly.

We began by conducting user interviews with investment counsellors in order to figure out what features they would need and how they would use the product. Using the insights gathered, we brainstormed on a whiteboard to quickly iterate on our ideas. My next step was to translate our ideas into digital wireframes and interactive prototypes to carry out usability studies with users. The entire process was conducted in collaboration with developers, who helped me better understand the technicalities of the product and evaluate which aspects of it could be implemented. I have learned how to include different stakeholders throughout the design process to create a better product.
